It is a fortify village contested between Milanesi and
Pavesi, today the only prove of it is castle
( XIV century ) modified several times during the 
century it has a semi circular shape with two cilindric 
towers. Inside you can find Santa Maria church in 
romanic style where recently, during a repairing, 
frescoes of the 1400 have been found. 
You have to visit also San Michele parish church 
built in the 1622, and inside of the only nave is located 
Altare Maggiore  -1744 -  adorned with preciosus stones,
in addition there is the altar dedicated to Beata Vergine 
del Rosario built in the 1667. Inside the Suffragio altar
- 1781 - you can see the " Cristo Morto " sculpture 
preserved in a beautiful urn. The chor is full  of caving
into the walnet dated  XVI century. In September you
can visit the "Sagra del Riso" in order have a tasting of
the delicious gastronomic speciality of Lomellina and 
the first Sunday of October takes place the
" LA PURSLATA " a dinner with pork speciality.
